Aeroglobe Aviation Services has commenced cargo handling operations for Hong Kong Air Cargo at Istanbul Airport, bolstering the carrier's European network expansion. The Istanbul-based handler will provide aircraft supervision, ground support coordination, and customized aviation solutions under the new agreement.
Hong Kong Air Cargo operates scheduled freighter services between Istanbul and Hong Kong International Airport as part of its growing European presence. The carrier launched regional operations in October 2023 with a Milan Malpensa route, subsequently adding service to Cyprus and Athens.
The airline currently operates five Airbus A330-200 production freighters, all dry-leased from parent company Hong Kong Airlines. In January 2026, the fleet was supplemented with an additional A330-200 passenger-to-freighter conversion. The airline also operates an EFW-converted A330-300P2F on ACMI lease, supporting increased cargo capacity across its expanding route network.
