Air Logistics Group has introduced a new global brand positioning centered on 'People-Powered Excellence,' emphasizing that human expertise remains essential to air cargo operations despite ongoing industry transformation.

The General Sales & Service Agent operates 100 offices across 60+ countries and supports more than 135 airline partners, generating over 3.2 million cargo quotations annually since its 1994 founding.

Chief Executive Stephen Dawkins said the rebranding clarifies long-standing company values rather than representing a fundamental shift. Technology investments are increasing speed and connectivity. However, Dawkins noted that customer complexity often rises alongside automation, making experienced personnel increasingly valuable.

The company maintains that sustainable growth depends on combining global scale with local market knowledge and relationship-focused service. As global trade becomes increasingly complex, Air Logistics Group believes speed, reliable partnerships and service quality will remain competitive advantages.
