Akasa Air Cargo has introduced a mobile application powered by SmartKargo technology, enabling cargo agents and shippers to streamline booking, tracking and account management across its domestic network. The Android-based platform consolidates flight search, real-time shipment tracking, milestone updates and arrival information into a single interface designed for rapid decision-making. The app is available to registered cargo agents and approved shippers operating on Akasa Air's routes. Anand Srinivasan, co-founder and chief commercial officer at Akasa Air, said the launch represents a critical step in combining network expansion with technology solutions. In less than four years of operations, the carrier has positioned itself as a key player in India's air cargo market. The mobile offering aims to reduce booking friction while deepening customer engagement and providing greater transparency in shipment management.
