Alpac Capital has agreed to purchase Adria News Network from United Group. The acquisition encompasses news operations in Bosnia, Croatia, Montenegro, Serbia, and Slovenia. Luxembourg-based Summer Parent S.à r.l., United Group's ultimate shareholder, confirmed the agreement on Friday. The network operates across five countries in the Adriatic region. Financial terms were not disclosed. The transaction is expected to close pending customary regulatory approvals.
