Alvys is acquiring the LoadOps customer base from Optym in a strategic partnership announced this week. The transportation management system company will migrate LoadOps users onto its platform, which handles dispatch, accounting, compliance, and driver management for carriers and brokers. Optym will focus exclusively on LoadAi, its load planning and driver assignment platform used across North American asset-based carriers. The companies are transitioning accounts individually, with early migrations completing within days of initial contact. Alvys, founded in 2020, processes approximately $9 billion in freight annually and operates with 60,000 carrier drivers. The company raised $77 million in total funding, including a $40 million Series B round led by RTP Global in September 2025. Optym has leveraged over 25 years of operations research expertise in freight optimization.
