ANA Holdings Consolidates Cargo Operations Under Unified Brand

ANA Holdings is merging its three cargo divisions following its 2025 acquisition of Nippon Cargo Airlines. ANA Cargo, Nippon Cargo Airlines, and NCA Japan will operate under the brand ANA Nippon Cargo starting April 1, with the formal corporate name change occurring in the second half of 2027. Nippon Cargo Airlines will remain the licensed operating carrier. The integration combines ANA's combination carrier expertise with NCA's dedicated freighter capabilities to enhance competitiveness. The group plans unified sales structures outside Japan, consolidated warehouse operations beginning at Chubu and Kansai airports, and streamlined cargo handling internationally. Chicago O'Hare will serve as the initial hub for consolidating arrival operations outside Japan. Additional domestic and international warehouse consolidation remains under review.
