C. Robinson unveiled BidBoardX, a self-service digital platform enabling carriers to bid on committed freight opportunities and addressing long-standing supply-demand inefficiencies in trucking.

The tool gives certified carriers a single interface to search opportunities across local, short-haul, dedicated and specialized programs. It allows carriers to submit bids for full or partial volumes and monitor activity. It eliminates traditional phone and email coordination that has driven both parties toward volatile spot markets.

Carriers gain access to planned, high-volume shipments with defined timelines and predictable revenue streams. Shippers secure consistent coverage from a broader pool of qualified providers. Human review by Robinson experts ensures carriers and shippers align on capabilities, safety standards and requirements before finalizing matches.

The platform operates at substantial scale. Robinson connects 450,000 carriers with 75,000 customers and manages 37 million shipments annually, representing approximately $23 billion in freight.
