CargoAi has grown its user base to 31,900 across 158 countries. Adoption is accelerating among mid-sized and large freight forwarders transitioning from legacy systems. The platform now serves 6,717 companies and 12,880 offices globally. The air cargo technology provider expanded its bookable airline network to more than 110 carriers, while shipment volumes surged 64% year-over-year during the first half of 2026. Major developments include enhanced integration capabilities across rates, capacity, booking, and tracking functions. CargoAi rolled out expanded automation tools enabling end-to-end quotation and booking workflows, with built-in safeguards maintaining human oversight. The company also launched CargoQUALITY, introducing data-driven performance metrics for station operations. These advances position the platform as infrastructure supporting autonomous rate management workflows embedded directly into forwarder operations.
