CargoMart has made its air cargo booking platform accessible through multiple AI platforms including ChatGPT, Copilot and Claude, responding to a marked shift in customer behavior toward AI-based workflows.

The platform now supports booking capabilities via any service using the Model Context Protocol. Users can search and compare rates across over 105 airlines, review flight options, check departure times, analyze all-in rates, create shipments and track cargo across 240-plus carriers directly through AI interfaces.

CargoAi, CargoMart's parent company, observed that forwarders and airline customers have increasingly moved their operations from traditional transport and cargo management systems toward AI environments.

"As AI adoption accelerates across the industry, teams are looking for flexible ways to build their own workflows using the tools they already use," said Matt Petot, founder and chief executive of CargoAi. "We've been deploying AI in production for years. Today, we are opening that same intelligence to every AI platform."

"AI is quickly becoming the standard interface to interact with systems and data," added François-Xavier Gsell, chief technology officer of CargoAi. The integration enables seamless workflows and allows teams to build customized automations within their existing tools.
