Ceva Logistics, a top-five global logistics provider owned by CMA CGM Group, merged its Colis Privé subsidiary into Paack following the acquisition of the delivery platform operating in Spain and Portugal in August. The unified Paack brand will roll out progressively to customers starting in January. The combined network handles 150 million parcels annually across 17,000 out-of-home delivery points spanning France, Spain, Belgium and Luxembourg, plus six urban delivery stations in France. Residential delivery services complement the infrastructure. The merger reverses earlier expectations that Colis Privé would absorb Paack, instead leveraging Paack's technology capabilities in parcel planning, tracking, time-slot management and route optimization. The consolidation positions Ceva to better serve e-commerce retailers operating across multiple European markets with streamlined delivery management and consistent service standards.
