Ceva Logistics announced an organizational restructuring under newly appointed Chief Executive Patrick Moebel, marking another significant pivot for the third-party logistics provider. The company will consolidate operations into two global business units focused on Freight Management and Contract Logistics, departing from its previous vertical, product-driven structure implemented after the 2024 Bolloré Logistics acquisition. Moebel, who assumed the role on July 1, conducted a listening tour with employees, customers, and business partners during his first months in charge. Feedback consistently indicated the need for faster decision-making, simplified processes, and clearer accountability structures. The reorganization aims to eliminate bureaucratic obstacles and strengthen customer responsiveness. Ceva's latest restructuring reflects ongoing challenges in integrating its expanding capabilities since joining the CMA CGM group portfolio.
