CMA CGM Group has named Patrick Moebel chief executive of CEVA Logistics, effective July 1. Moebel brings more than 30 years of senior management experience in international transport and supply chain operations. He previously served as president of FedEx Logistics and held the same title for Geodis' Americas region. The appointment signals a strategic shift for CEVA Logistics following its successful integration of Bolloré Logistics. Moebel will oversee expansion of the subsidiary's North American capabilities, development of end-to-end logistics solutions, and acceleration of sustainable growth. His mandate includes driving integration efforts and strengthening operational synergies across CMA CGM's logistics, maritime, and air transport divisions. Mathieu Friedberg, who led CEVA Logistics for six years, transitions to executive vice president of transformation for the CMA CGM Group. In this role, he oversees artificial intelligence, IT, cybersecurity, ZEBOX, and CMA Conseil.
