CMA CGM has signed a strategic agreement to acquire FedEx's U.S. warehousing and contract logistics operations. The transaction encompasses approximately 80 warehouses across North America and strengthens the company's Ceva Logistics division. Under the deal, CMA CGM will provide ocean freight services to FedEx customers through its global shipping network.
