CommScope Holding Co. is being sued by a group of lenders who claim the telecommunications company violated debt covenants by failing to remit at least $150 million in required payments following a significant asset sale.

The lenders allege CommScope did not pay a mandatory premium tied to the transaction, constituting a material breach of the underlying credit agreement.

CommScope has not publicly responded to the litigation.
