Temperature-control systems manufacturer Copeland has acquired Dickson, a provider of monitoring and compliance technologies for healthcare and life sciences customers. The deal strengthens Copeland's capabilities across the pharmaceutical cold chain from manufacturing through distribution and patient care. Dickson's cloud-based platform delivers real-time temperature visibility and alerts shippers to potential excursions before product loss occurs. The technology addresses regulatory compliance demands in highly controlled environments where precision and supply chain visibility are critical. Copeland operates more than 200 million heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration installations across approximately 40 countries. The combination enables integration of advanced monitoring into existing customer networks, protecting temperature-sensitive pharmaceuticals and reducing spoilage across complex supply chains. Financial terms were not disclosed.
