Coupa unveiled new artificial intelligence products this week designed to address mounting disruptions in global supply chains. The company launched Coupa Compose and Coupa Catalyst while acquiring Rossum, an intelligent document processing firm, to strengthen its platform capabilities.

Executives from major manufacturers attending Coupa's Las Vegas conference highlighted how digital sourcing and network optimization reduce procurement costs and accelerate decision-making across volatile logistics environments. The cloud-based platform has processed more than $10 trillion in cumulative spend over two decades.

Coupa CEO Leagh Turner said automation and data coordination have become essential to modern procurement operations. The Rossum acquisition brings document processing technology that moves beyond legacy capabilities. Turner projected the combined entity could help customers save $300 billion within five years, doubling the $300 billion in savings delivered over the past two decades.
