Davies Turner has acquired a 130,000 sq ft logistics facility near Heathrow Airport to serve as the new headquarters for Davies Turner Air Cargo. The site is located less than two miles from Heathrow's cargo terminal and 500 yards from the M25 motorway's Junction 14. The facility is undergoing final preparations for an opening later this year. The facility comprises 70,000 sq ft of high-specification warehousing with 12.5m clear internal height, two mezzanine floors totaling 50,000 sq ft, 10,000 sq ft of offices, five dock-loading doors and two level-access loading doors. James Wheatley, managing director of Davies Turner Air Cargo, said the investment represents a major milestone and strengthens the company's capacity to support customer growth. The acquisition forms part of Davies Turner's long-term strategy to invest in critical logistics infrastructure and provide a modern, future-ready environment.
