Supply chain software provider Descartes Systems Group reported consolidated revenue of $194 million in its fiscal first quarter ended April 30, marking a 15% year-over-year increase. Services revenue climbed 15% to $181 million, with organic growth excluding currency effects reaching approximately 9%. The company cited rising demand from logistics operators managing tariff refunds and navigating volatile trade conditions. A Supreme Court ruling on broker liability accelerated adoption of Descartes' carrier suitability solutions. Earnings per share reached 55 cents, beating consensus estimates by 3 cents and surpassing the prior year by 14 cents. Adjusted EBITDA grew 20% to $90 million with a 46% margin. Operating cash flow jumped 40% to $75 million. In April, Descartes completed its acquisition of Idelic, an AI-powered fleet safety provider.
