DHL eCommerce Acquires Venipak to Strengthen Baltic Parcel Network

DHL Group will integrate Lithuania-based Venipak into its eCommerce division, marking a significant expansion across the Baltic states. The acquisition brings Venipak's operations in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia under DHL eCommerce's control, establishing full ownership in a region experiencing rapid e-commerce expansion. Venipak operates approximately 800 parcel lockers and maintains extensive pickup networks for both B2B and B2C deliveries across the region. The purchase enables Baltic businesses to access international markets through DHL's global logistics infrastructure. DHL plans to invest in additional personnel, parcel locker expansion, and sorting capacity upgrades. Technology improvements will also be implemented throughout Venipak's network. Venipak will retain its brand identity during integration, with current management and staff remaining in place. The transaction requires regulatory approval before closing. Terms were not disclosed.
