DSV, the world's third-largest logistics provider, launched a weekly dedicated air charter service from Seoul's Incheon Airport to Chicago-Rockford International Airport on Saturday. The route, operated by Atlas Air using a Boeing 777-200 freighter, transits through Shanghai and Anchorage before reaching the Illinois airport. The service represents DSV's third major charter addition to RFD in less than a year, following weekly Shanghai flights that began in November and a Luxembourg inbound service launched in June. DSV plans to introduce additional capacity connecting RFD to Chennai, India, later this year. The logistics firm operates a multi-client terminal at RFD through Menzies Aviation. Chicago-Rockford handled 498,432 metric tons of cargo in 2025, representing 10.8% growth year-over-year, and ranks 12th nationally by landed weight.
