Swedish autonomous freight technology company Einride began trading on Nasdaq Wednesday under tickers ENRD and ENRDW, marking the culmination of a de-SPAC transaction initiated in November. The Stockholm-founded firm, established in 2016, brings $92 million in annual recurring revenue and over $800 million in potential ARR across 30 global customers to public markets. Einride distinguished itself through a cabless autonomous vehicle design engineered for full autonomy from inception, eliminating the need for safety drivers during deployments in the United States and Sweden. The company partners with Dutch manufacturer VDL for chassis production while handling final assembly and software integration at its Swedish R&D center, with plans to establish similar operations domestically. Leadership rang the Nasdaq Opening Bell at Times Square as the listing capped shareholder approval secured last week.
