Samsara has expanded access to its no-code platform for building voice and chat agents across its customer base at no additional cost. The move reflects growing demand from fleet operators seeking to automate driver communications and safety oversight without requiring IT expertise.

Usage of the agents has surged sevenfold since June. Jordan Carriers, operating roughly 1,000 drivers, deployed voice agents for automated safety coaching, reducing crashes by 30% in the affected driver cohort. The hands-free format has proven more effective than chat-based agents for operational environments.

On compliance, Aspertrum Foods uses the platform to predict hours-of-service violations up to three hours in advance by tracking remaining stops and drive time. The proactive monitoring approach has cut manual review time by 80% to 85%, enabling managers to authorize extensions or reroute drivers before violations occur.
