Fleetworthy has rolled out its Expedited Inspection program across California, Michigan, Vermont and Maine, expanding the automated roadside inspection solution to five states total. Nevada launched the program in June 2025 as the first deployment. The tool transmits fleet data and driver electronic Records of Duty Status directly to enforcement officers during inspections, streamlining the process. Nevada Highway Patrol reports approximately 15 minutes saved per inspection. Using the American Transportation Research Institute's 2024 analysis, which values truck operation at $27 per hour, Fleetworthy estimates roughly $22.82 in savings per inspection. Benefits compound for carriers operating frequent routes through participating states. Access requires use of Fleetworthy's Weigh Station Bypass service and compatible ELDs from Geotab or Platform Science. The program operates at no additional cost to participating fleets and state agencies.
