Gatik Secures $200M to Expand Autonomous Fleet to Thousands of Trucks

Gatik closed a $200 million Series D funding round led by Qatar Investment Authority and Koch Disruptive Technologies, with participation from Millennium Management, ARK Invest and Intact Private Capital. The capital will fund expansion of the company's driverless truck operations from dozens of vehicles to thousands. Gatik has completed 85,000 fully autonomous orders and maintains more than $600 million in contracted revenue across Texas, Arizona, Arkansas and Canada. The fleet achieves 99% on-time delivery on high-frequency regional routes between distribution centers and retail locations. Routes operate up to 400 miles at highway speeds with dynamic routing to manage demand fluctuations and time-sensitive deliveries. Gatik's system operates on both highways and surface streets, enabling distribution-center-to-store routes. The funding round represents investor confidence in autonomous freight's ability to reduce transportation costs and transform supply chain operations.
