Geodis has obtained IATA's Center of Excellence for Independent Validators (CEIV) Pharma certification for its Hyderabad facility, validating the site's compliance with international standards for pharmaceutical and healthcare logistics. The certification followed comprehensive assessments of quality management systems, operational procedures, risk management, staff training, temperature controls, and regulatory adherence. Hyderabad is one of the world's most important pharmaceutical manufacturing and export hubs. The certification bolsters Geodis' capacity to serve pharmaceutical manufacturers, biotech firms, and healthcare customers requiring specialized handling. The logistics provider operates 29 CEIV Pharma-certified sites globally, including nine across Asia Pacific and the Middle East. In India, Geodis employs more than 1,000 staff across 15 locations serving over 7,000 customers.
