Geodis has recertified its Warsaw airfreight facility for IATA Center of Excellence for Independent Validators (CEIV) Pharma standards, reinforcing its compliance with global pharmaceutical logistics requirements. The recertification validates the facility's temperature control systems, quality management protocols and adherence to EU Good Distribution Practice guidelines. The renewal underscores Geodis' expanding European healthcare logistics footprint, now spanning 13 countries with certified operations. The logistics provider maintains key operational hubs across Europe including Amsterdam, Brussels, Budapest, Copenhagen, Dublin, Frankfurt, London, Madrid, Manchester, Milan, Stockholm, Warsaw and Zurich. In Poland alone, Geodis operates 15 warehouses covering 195,000 square meters and handles more than 2,400 tonnes of airfreight annually through four locations. The company also recently secured IATA CEIV Pharma certification for its Hyderabad facility and Good Distribution Practice accreditation for its Stryków Dobra contract logistics site.
