Parcel startup Gofo has doubled its Dallas processing center capacity ahead of year-end surge. The new 200,000 square-foot facility features automated sortation equipment and includes 42 dock doors. It processes up to 45,000 parcels hourly, bringing daily capacity to 800,000 pieces. Gofo expects parcel volume to spike 50% above normal weekly levels between Thanksgiving and Christmas. The Dallas facility represents the company's third major hub, joining recently opened super hubs in Newark and Los Angeles. Since its 2023 founding, Gofo has expanded to 300 hubs and stations covering more than 12,000 zip codes—approximately 75% of the U.S. population, up from 100 facilities last fall. The company operates over 400 linehaul routes and differentiates through aggressive pricing, with rates 15% to 50% below competitors depending on customer volume.
