Hong Kong air cargo handler Hactl partnered with the Hong Kong Trade and Development Council to showcase local fashion designers during Paris Men's Fashion Week from June 24-28. The collaboration presented collections from more than 10 Hong Kong-based designers at a dedicated showroom, emphasizing air cargo's critical function in moving fashion goods globally. The eco-conscious designs highlighted Hong Kong's creative talent while promoting sustainability values. Designer Sing-chin Lo transformed 5,000 retired Hactl uniforms into ready-to-wear pieces modeled by company executives. The uniforms featured eco-friendly materials, demonstrating circular sustainability in corporate operations. Selected Hong Kong designers also co-created original works with Paris-based artist Yaz Bukey for the showroom debut. A reception and exclusive Hong Kong Fashion Night dinner brought together aviation and fashion industry leaders, media and influencers.
