HappyRobot reached a $1.2 billion valuation after closing a $150 million Series C funding round, becoming the newest unicorn in freight technology. Prysm Capital led the round with Eurazeo as co-lead, joined by returning investors including Andreessen Horowitz, Y Combinator, Koch Disruptive Technologies and WaVe-X. The company has raised approximately $200 million across three rounds in just 20 months, representing five-fold growth since its Series B in late 2025. HappyRobot operates agents within more than 150 enterprise customers including DHL, Uber Freight, Kuehne+Nagel and LKW WALTER. At WALTER GROUP alone, five to ten active use cases span dispatching, payment collections and customer support. The funding trajectory reflects investor confidence as the company moved from early proof-of-concept to large-scale enterprise deployment.
