Additional features include driver-friendly overlapping tours to reduce territory conflicts and walk clustering to identify multi-stop delivery opportunities from single parking locations. To further close the planning-execution gap, HERE launched Last Meter Guidance, a tool that accounts for unexpected disruptions such as driver illness, carrier unavailability, and last-minute order changes.
