IAG Cargo has unveiled a complimentary digital work experience programme targeting aspiring air cargo professionals aged 14 and older. The self-paced online platform features interactive modules and scenario-based activities that walk participants through cargo operations, including acceptance, build-up, loading and handover stages. Learners assume the role of a cargo agent to guide virtual shipments through real-world processes. The programme also incorporates CV workshops, instructional videos, quizzes and guided learning covering IAG Cargo's operations and supply chain management. Participants completing the curriculum receive certificates signed by company leadership that can be added to resumes. Caroline Andrews, chief customer and people officer at IAG Cargo, stated the initiative addresses young people's interest in aviation careers while clarifying available pathways. Graduates may advance to the carrier's 24-month graduate placement scheme or pursue in-person work experience opportunities. The training is accessible globally and can be completed in a single session or at individual pace.
