Third-party logistics provider Kenco moved six autonomous agents into live operations across commercial, operations, transportation and client services following a three-month implementation with DeepFabric. The deployment marks a rare success in enterprise automation, where Gartner research indicates over 40 percent of agent projects face cancellation by end of 2027 due to escalating costs, unclear value and inadequate risk controls. Kenco Chief Digital and Information Officer Pal Narayanan initiated the partnership after monitoring DeepFabric's work across the supply chain sector. DeepFabric founder and CEO Kalyan Kommineni emphasized the importance of controlled proof-of-concept stages using customer data in isolated environments before production deployment. The 3PL plans to deploy 20 total agents across North America over the next 12 months, with all six initial agents reaching live status without disruption.
