Carriers currently spend five to six hours negotiating single hard-to-cover loads, according to Hey Bubba AI leadership. A load negotiation platform aims to reduce this burden by simultaneously engaging multiple brokers. The platform contacts five to ten brokers concurrently through calling, email and APIs, presenting ranked options rather than requiring sequential outreach. Beyond booking, the system scans rate confirmations and bills of lading for errors, performs real-time location updates to brokers through automated tracking calls, and integrates with ELDs, VoIP services, load boards and telematics feeds. The company recently launched ActionWeave AI, an agent-orchestration backend allowing carriers to select and deploy individual agents across specific operations including accounts receivable, compliance and booking. Larger organizations are already piloting the technology.
