Arrive Logistics will hire 1,000 workers in 2026 following Mubadala Capital's acquisition of a majority stake in the Austin-based freight brokerage. The deal, expected to close in the fourth quarter, will support expansion across sales, technology and operations roles. Existing investors ATL Partners and Lead Edge Capital retain meaningful positions while management rolls significant equity into the transaction. The Austin company operates 10 North American locations including Toronto and Guadalajara, Mexico, serving 5,500 customers through 10,000 carriers. Arrive plans to extend beyond truckload brokerage into produce, cross-border, open-deck, less-than-truckload and partial shipments. The company will boost investment in its ARRIVEnow transportation management system and enhance risk management capabilities. Chief Executive Matt Pyatt emphasized that customer trust remains paramount during scaling.
