myMechanic has introduced Dealer-Connect, a digital dispatch platform designed to eliminate coordination delays in fleet roadside maintenance. Disabled trucks cost carriers $450 to $750 daily before additional fees, with average repair calls stretching four hours—not due to mechanic shortages but fragmented coordination systems. The new platform routes tire service requests directly to dealers without requiring multiple apps, logins or call center transfers. Traditional dispatch methods add 15 to 25 minutes per incident compared to digital routing, according to myMechanic founder Alex Bezzubets. Fleets invest millions in telematics systems that detect problems but then resort to antiquated response procedures. Dealer-Connect consolidates up to 20 vendor portals into one interface. The platform provides tire dealers direct fleet connections and real-time event reporting. Over 90% of 2026 vehicles include embedded telematics technology.
