Network Airline Management Bolsters Freighter Capacity With Fifth Boeing 747

Network Airline Management has strengthened its cargo operations by adding a fifth Boeing 747-400 converted freighter to its fleet. The aircraft commenced service in late July and will be based at the carrier's Liege Airport hub. All five widebody freighters are operated by Air Atlanta. The expansion reflects robust customer demand across NAM's international network, enabling the carrier to handle high-volume general cargo, oversized shipments and specialized freight. Recent routing data shows the aircraft serving markets including Sharjah, Liege, Lagos, Accra, Entebbe and Nairobi. Network Aviation Group CEO Jonathan Clark stated the 747 remains essential for heavy-lift cargo operations. Perishables shippers, particularly flower exporters, have sustained air cargo usage following maritime disruptions including Red Sea constraints and the Strait of Hormuz closure. E-commerce demand has also supported growth despite regulatory changes in key markets.
