Nvidia Chief Huang Joins Trump Beijing Summit After Direct Presidential Call

Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang will travel to China this week as part of President Donald Trump's delegation, the chipmaker confirmed to CNBC. Trump personally invited Huang to join the trip after media reports indicated the executive had initially not been included, according to sources familiar with the arrangement. Huang boarded Air Force One in Alaska to join the presidential party. "Jensen is attending the summit at the invitation of President Trump to support America and the administration's goals," an Nvidia spokesperson said. Trump is scheduled to meet with Chinese President Xi Jinping Thursday and Friday in Beijing.
