Nvidia, the world's most valuable company, reports fiscal first-quarter results Wednesday as market watchers scrutinize potential China-related disclosures. CEO Jensen Huang accompanied President Donald Trump to Beijing for a summit with Chinese President Xi Jinping, raising questions about the company's H200 chip availability in the country. The H200's status in China remains murky. Trump stated the chip model did not surface in bilateral discussions, though reports indicate the U.S. government approved Chinese firms to purchase the model. China has not authorized domestic purchases, according to Trump. In January, Trump lifted restrictions on H200 sales to China with a 25% tariff on imported chips destined for the market. Market speculation suggests a 50% probability Trump receives mention during the call and a 57% chance tariffs are discussed. Additionally, traders estimate a 55% probability the company will discuss humanoid robots.
