Ocean Network Express is restructuring its regional management effective April 1, 2027. The carrier will consolidate East Asia and South Asia operations into a single Asia-Pacific headquarters in Singapore. Louis Tang will lead the consolidated region, which will oversee 15 markets previously managed from Hong Kong and Singapore. The carrier is simultaneously centralizing its African operations in Dubai, combining East, West and South Africa management. London will maintain oversight of Europe, the Mediterranean and North Africa. ONE, the sixth-largest global container line, operates more than 280 vessels with capacity exceeding 2.2 million TEUs across 120 countries. The reorganization aims to accelerate regional decision-making, support growth investments in Asia-Pacific and Africa, and improve service coordination. Management said local teams will remain primary customer contacts and daily operations will continue without interruption during the transition.
