Oman Air Cargo has initiated a daily Road Feeder Service connecting Muscat and Dubai, expanding its regional cargo capabilities. The ground transport link enables movement of widebody-compatible shipments and cargo types that cannot be accommodated on narrowbody aircraft between the two countries. The service carries perishables and general cargo while supporting growing trade flows across the UAE and Oman. Michael Duggan, head of cargo at Oman Air, said the RFS complements traditional air freight operations and provides customers enhanced flexibility and regional connectivity. In January, the airline appointed Gokul Sudamani as regional head of sales for the Middle East and Gulf. Oman Air Cargo also implemented fuel and war risk surcharges in March as a result of the conflict in the Middle East.
