OmniTRAX appointed Phillip Hoskins as Vice President of Transload on May 21, following a $100 million commitment from its real estate affiliate, Broe Real Estate Group. The commitment aims to expand industrial rail real estate across North America through development of industrial outdoor storage and multimodal logistics hubs serving domestic supply chains. Through OmniTRAX's 35-railroad network, the hubs connect industrial customers to North American freight rail and Class I railroad interchange, with access to five major ports. Hoskins previously oversaw network expansion at Savage Services and spent 16 years at BNSF in railroad operations, commercial sales and energy-by-rail business development. He holds a master's degree in marketing from Regis University and a bachelor's degree in administration and management from Phoenix University. Ryan Dreier, OmniTRAX Chief Commercial Officer, cited Hoskins' track record serving Fortune 500 companies and deep supply chain expertise for the appointment.
