Nate Gesse will become chief executive officer of Quantix effective July 20, as the chemical logistics provider moves past a financial restructuring period. Gesse, who previously served as president and chief operating officer, succeeds John Labrie, who stepped in during 2024 to guide the company through operational and financial transformation efforts. Labrie will assume a senior adviser role with the board. The Woodlands, Texas-based company completed a lender restructuring that management says establishes a stronger long-term financial platform. Gesse brings more than 25 years of transportation and logistics experience across operations, sales and technology leadership. The transition occurs as specialized chemical logistics demand strengthens. Quantix operates 30 terminals, 20 warehousing and packaging facilities, and maintains a fleet exceeding 4,500 trucks and trailers across the United States.
