RBW Logistics Bolsters National Network With World Group Warehousing Acquisition

RBW Logistics has acquired World Distribution Services and Pacific Cascade Distribution from World Group. This expansion adds operations in Sumner, Washington; Norfolk, Virginia; and Columbus, Ohio to the Augusta, Georgia-based third-party logistics provider's portfolio, while adding capacity at its existing Savannah campus. RBW specializes in warehousing, distribution, omnichannel fulfillment and logistics services. CEO Frank Anderson said the move strengthens the company's ability to support customer growth across new markets. President David Sadler characterized the expansion as enhancing network connectivity and supply chain flexibility. Financial terms were not disclosed. RBW is backed by LongueVue Capital, a New Orleans-based private equity firm focused on lower middle market companies.
