Relay Payments Expands Merchant Network Through Platform Science Integration

Relay Payments has partnered with Platform Science to extend its payment network to drivers using in-cab tablets. The partnership allows operators to access fuel, maintenance and lumper services without pulling personal mobile devices. Drivers receive digital codes through the integrated system instead of swiping cards at fuel dispensers, addressing a key fraud vulnerability. Emily Neuman, executive vice president at Relay Payments, said the integration leverages Platform Science's single sign-on capabilities to streamline the payment process. The digital code system represents Relay's core anti-fraud approach. Relay Payments has integrated with more than 80 transportation management systems and continues expanding its network of participating fuel retailers and maintenance outlets.
