Russia's crude shipments from the Novorossiysk port on the Black Sea returned to full capacity this week, marking the first time all loading berths have operated simultaneously since early April. The resumption of complete export flows helped stabilize the country's overall crude shipment levels. Four-week average exports through May 17 reached 3.61 million barrels a day, compared to 3.64 million barrels daily in the prior four-week period. Tanker-tracking data shows Russia's nationwide output remained relatively stable despite the earlier disruption to the Black Sea loading facility. Novorossiysk serves as a key port in Russia's petroleum export infrastructure.
