Samsara has made its Agent Studio platform available to all customers, enabling fleets to build custom AI agents without coding expertise. The company reported a sevenfold increase in adoption velocity, with 500,000 agent interactions now accumulating in 16 days compared to 112 days at the June launch. Voice interactions have become the dominant engagement method, surpassing chat volume within four weeks and maintaining that lead consistently. Over 1,000 organizations now engage with Samsara agents weekly. The no-code platform allows users to configure agents for multiple tasks. These include report generation, hours-of-service violation detection, and policy-based driver support. Agent Studio is included in existing Samsara subscriptions at no additional cost. The expansion reflects broader industry momentum, though adoption remains uneven across the sector.
