Saudia Cargo and Tibah Airports Operation Company have signed a memorandum of understanding to expand air cargo activity at Prince Mohammed Bin Abdulaziz International Airport in Madinah. Under the agreement, Saudia Cargo will introduce competitive shipping rates designed to encourage regional export activity. Tibah will provide incentive programmes supporting the carrier's operations at the facility. The partners plan to coordinate with government bodies to develop logistics capabilities. They will conduct regular workshops to identify operational improvements and sector opportunities. Information sharing and resource coordination will facilitate seamless logistics operations. The collaboration emphasises knowledge transfer and customer experience enhancements through joint initiatives. The partnership supports Saudi Arabia's broader economic diversification strategy and positions Madinah as a regional aviation hub. Saudia Cargo has also expanded partnerships with Saudi Ports Authority and the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority this year to develop integrated sea-to-air logistics routes.
