SF Airlines has inaugurated a new freighter route connecting Shanghai and Singapore using a Boeing 767 aircraft, marking an expansion of its Southeast Asian operations. The Chinese express carrier designated Singapore's Changi Airport as its inaugural overseas hub earlier this year, positioning the facility as a regional gateway for Southeast Asia, South Asia and Oceania. The partnership between SF Airlines and Changi Airport Group aims to strengthen air cargo connectivity between Singapore and China, the carrier's largest market, while facilitating high-technology shipments flowing between the two nations. Under a memorandum of understanding, both parties plan to leverage Singapore's strategic positioning to capitalize on long-term economic growth and rising air trade volumes across the Asia Pacific region. The agreement supports high-value cargo flows and addresses evolving regional and international supply chain requirements.
