E-commerce logistics provider Stord has completed its largest acquisition since launching 11 years ago, bringing rival AMS Fulfillment into its operations. The nine-figure transaction adds 10 warehouses totaling nearly 1.3 million square feet across Los Angeles, Salt Lake City and Philadelphia. AMS serves more than 150 beauty, wellness and direct-to-consumer brands. The acquisition expands Stord's network to more than 100 owned and partner facilities globally. Stord processes over $15 billion in annual gross merchandise value for more than 1,000 e-tailers, increasingly including larger brands alongside its core small-to-medium enterprise base. The Atlanta-based company has grown revenue tenfold over four years and approaches $1 billion. It recently secured $650 million in equity and credit capacity, including a $400 million credit facility closed earlier this month, plus $250 million in venture funding that valued the company at $3 billion.
