Stord closed a $400 million credit facility led by Citigroup, with participation from Morgan Stanley, JPMorgan, First Citizens, Citizens and KeyBank. The oversubscribed deal nearly doubled its original target. Combined with a $250 million Series F funding round in May that valued the Atlanta-based fulfillment company at $3 billion, Stord now commands $650 million in total capital capacity for 2026. The company appointed Bill Zerella as chief financial officer and Mark Wayland as chief revenue officer. Zerella has led finance at three public companies and took all three to the public markets, including Fitbit in its 2015 IPO. Most recently, he served as CFO of ACV Auctions. Wayland most recently served as chief revenue officer at Box and held the same role at Tanium. He spent more than a decade at Salesforce, rising to senior vice president of Marketing Cloud. Stord operates nearly 100 fulfillment locations globally, processing over $15 billion in annual gross merchandise volume for more than 1,000 brands. The company's revenue run-rate approaches $1 billion.
